One day, when the our sales was communicating with a customer, he recommended a solar-powered spotlight. The customer was very satisfied with this product and purchased samples for testing. Upon receiving the samples, the customer eagerly placed the lights on the ground, illuminating his green plants. However, due to the overall width of the plants, the light couldn’t cover the entire area.

The customer provided this feedback to the sales team. Although this was a common issue with 99% of spot solar lights on the market, consumers typically didn’t consider it a problem, and it actually boosted sales to some extent. The sales team considered it a minor issue that could be overlooked and therefore did not report it to the company.
 
A month later, the test results showed everything was going smoothly, and the customer was very satisfied, ready to place an order. Things seemed to be progressing well. However, during an internal product development meeting, the company’s boss raised a critical question: “How can our outdoor solar spot lights products stand out?”
