We offer very flexible payment terms, and we can also accommodate special requests if you have any.

Do You Support Partial Shipments?
We usually do not support partial shipments. However, if there is a large quantity of goods or the order amount is significant, we can make a special arrangement upon request.
How Long Do Solar Batteries Last?
Our batteries have a lifespan of 1500 cycles, with typically 1/3 of a cycle per day for charging and discharging. This means they can last approximately 3000-4500 days, or around 4-5 years, depending on different usage scenarios. After this period, the battery capacity may decrease to around 80% of its original capacity. While the battery can still function, its capacity diminishes. Considering various usage environments, the average lifespan is approximately 3-5 years.
Can You Replace The Battery Of A Solar Light?

How Do I Keep My Solar Lights From Being Stolen?
Some of our products already have anti-theft designs implemented. For the majority of products, we offer customization options according to customer requirements through ODM (Original Design Manufacturing).
Can You Change The Solar Light Colour Temperature Of LED?
Yes, we can do that. Typically, we can accommodate such customization for large orders that meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
Can You Change The Specific Product Shell Color?
Yes, we can do that. Typically, we can accommodate such customization for large orders that meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
Can We Replace The Battery With Another Brand?
Yes, it’s possible, but the price and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) would be higher. We generally do not recommend customers to do so because our products use high-quality power-type batteries with a cycle life of up to 1500 cycles, which is more than double the lifespan of typical lithium batteries. Moreover, they have been validated in the market and are highly safe and reliable.

We have been in the solar garden light industry for 6 years. Currently, our product defect rate is controlled at below 0.2%, and it’s showing a decreasing trend.
