Innovative Mount Solutions for a Saudi Arabian Client: A Story of Customizing Solar Lights Without Breaking the Fence

One day, a client from Saudi Arabia approached us with a unique requirement: they needed to install solar lights on a fence without causing any damage to it. This request sparked our creativity and challenged us to find a solution that would not require modifying our product molds or structures while keeping costs as low as possible.

Our talented engineers got to work and, in just one day, came up with three innovative solutions:

1️⃣ Magnetic Mount:
A circular magnet was secured to the back of the product, enabling it to attach firmly to iron fences. Using high-grade magnets ensured a strong and reliable hold.

2️⃣ Zip Tie Mount:
A zip tie holder was fixed to the back of the product using screws. The product could then be securely attached to the fence with two zip ties.

3️⃣ Adjustable Metal Hook:
A metal hook was screwed onto the back of the product. The width of the hook could be adjusted, making it compatible with fences of various sizes.

The best part? These solutions were designed to work with all of our solar wall lights without requiring any changes to the existing product molds. Additionally, they could be offered as optional accessories.
